Declaration on the duty to provide information
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
When you visit our website, your IP address and the start and end of your session are recorded for the duration of that session. This is necessary for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise specified below, we do not process this data further.
Contacting us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.
If you do not want this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases.
If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Web analysis
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses such target-oriented cookies. For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please refer to Google’s privacy policy. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website, as well as Google from processing this data, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. A cookies opt-out will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website. Disable Google Analytics.
Order data processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for order data processing.
IP anonymisation
We use on this website the ‘Activate IP anonymisation’ function. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other member states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (e.g. in the case of the USA: ‘Privacy Shield’).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our aim according to the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised. User data is stored for a period of 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority. You can reach us at the following contact details:
